SLOOPZONE is a B2B platform for automotive chassis-parts procurement. It is intended solely for commercial buyers — importers, distributors, service chains, and OEM procurement teams purchasing in bulk. Permitted activities include:
Searching for OE part numbers to identify compatible aftermarket parts manufactured by Sloop Spare Parts Mfg. Co., Ltd.
Uploading your company's genuine parts lists (Excel, Word, PDF, or photos) to generate quotes for bulk orders.
Requesting and receiving formal quotations for bulk orders meeting the USD 5,000 minimum order value.
Using the buyer portal to manage your quotes and download order documents.
Downloading publicly available spec sheets and OE cross-reference tables for your internal procurement reference.
Integrating via API within any agreed rate limits for embedding catalog data in your own procurement systems.
Prohibited uses
The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate access termination, legal action, or both:
Scraping or automated harvesting — using bots, crawlers, scripts, or any automated means to extract OE cross-reference data, pricing, catalog content, or any other information from the platform beyond what is expressly permitted by our robots.txt.
Republishing catalog data — selling, licensing, or redistributing any OE cross-reference tables, pricing data, or catalog content extracted from SLOOPZONE without prior written permission.
Reverse engineering pricing — systematically probing the quote system to reconstruct our pricing algorithms or tiered cost structure.
Counterfeit sourcing — using the platform to identify, source, or facilitate the production of parts that infringe OEM trademarks or are passed off as genuine OEM parts.
Export control violations — using the platform to procure parts destined for sanctioned countries, embargoed entities, or end uses prohibited under applicable export control laws (including but not limited to US EAR, Taiwan export regulations, and EU dual-use regulations).
Identity misrepresentation — submitting a quote request or creating an account under a false company name, fabricated contact details, or any identity you do not have authority to represent, including for the purpose of bypassing the USD 5,000 MOQ.
Malicious uploads — uploading executable files, malware, scripts, or any content designed to exploit the file-parsing pipeline.
Fake quote spam — submitting fabricated or intentionally malformed parts lists to probe, overload, or abuse the AI-assisted quote system.
DDoS or network interference — sending traffic volumes designed to degrade platform availability for other users.
Sample fishing — placing or requesting orders below MOQ, or misrepresenting order intent, in an attempt to obtain sample quantities. We do not offer samples under any circumstances.

Intellectual property
OE (original equipment) part numbers displayed on SLOOPZONE are the property of their respective OEM manufacturers (Honda, Toyota, Nissan, and others). SLOOPZONE references them under nominative fair use to identify compatible aftermarket parts — no trademark licence is granted or implied.
The SLOOPZONE platform, including its catalog content, OE cross-reference database, and generated quote documents, is the property of Sloop Spare Parts Mfg. Co., Ltd. You may not copy, adapt, republish, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.
AI-assisted OE extraction — your responsibility
The quote upload tool uses AI (Claude API by Anthropic) to extract OE part numbers from documents you upload. While we have designed this pipeline to be accurate, automated extraction can make errors — particularly with scanned documents, non-standard formatting, or ambiguous part number strings.
You are responsible for verifying that all OE numbers in a generated quote correspond to the parts you intend to purchase before approving an order. SLOOPZONE does not accept liability for orders placed on the basis of incorrectly extracted OE numbers that were not verified by the buyer.
Enforcement
We enforce this policy through a combination of automated controls and manual review:
Rate limiting — upload and search endpoints are rate-limited per IP address (10 uploads/hour by default). Repeated limit breaches trigger automatic temporary blocks.
Cloudflare WAF — suspicious traffic patterns, known attack signatures, and IP reputation flags are handled at the network edge before reaching our application.
Account suspension — buyer accounts found in violation of this policy will be suspended. Pending orders at the time of suspension are reviewed case-by-case; no refunds are issued for violations.
Legal action — severe violations (unauthorised data harvesting, system intrusion, export control breaches) will be reported to the relevant authorities and may result in civil or criminal proceedings.
Account termination
SLOOPZONE reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or permanently terminate access to any account at our sole discretion.
Minor violations (e.g., exceeding upload limits repeatedly, unverified company information) — we will contact you by email and provide a 7-day period to resolve the issue before suspension.
Severe violations (e.g., active scraping, credential attacks, malware upload, export control breach) — access will be revoked immediately without prior notice.
Termination of access does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination, including any accepted orders and the payment obligations attached to them.
Your responsibility for misuse
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sloop Spare Parts Mfg. Co., Ltd. and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, fines, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
Your breach of this Acceptable Use Policy.
Your use of the platform in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including export control laws.
Any false or misleading information you submitted to obtain a quote or place an order.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our platform, legal requirements, or observed abuse patterns. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated by email to registered buyers at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
Reporting violations
If you observe a violation of this policy — including suspected scraping, counterfeit activity, or account abuse — please report it. We review all reports and take action where warranted.
